About Camping De Kleine Wolf
Camping De Kleine Wolf specializes in family vacations. Their mission? Delivering fabulous little moments of happiness. By emphasizing unique experiences such as fireworks, laser shows, haunted trails, and musicals, they continue to impress their guests, with great satisfaction across the board: they were named “camping of the year” in 2022.
This year marks their 60th anniversary. Since last year, they have been working with EasySecure to make their guests’ experience even simpler and more seamless.
The situation before collaboration: keys and bracelets
Before partnering with EasySecure, Camping De Kleine Wolf used physical keys and bracelets. Upon arrival, guests could collect their keys at reception and return them upon departure. Access to the swimming pools and indoor play area was managed through bracelets. Anne-Sophie from Kleine Wolf realized that significant time savings were possible in this area. And more importantly, it was a way to make the guest journey even more user-friendly.

Optimizing the guest journey with EasySecure
To make the guest journey even more user-friendly, De Kleine Wolf partnered with EasySecure. Physical locking systems were replaced with digital DOM systems. Guests can now access their accommodation directly or private bathroom facilities using the De Kleine Wolf app by WeMa Mobile on their phone, which is linked to the EasySecure platform.
Bracelet-based access control for the swimming pool and play area was replaced by Suprema’s contactless facial recognition system. Guests can already upload their selfies from home and grant permission for biometric registration. They no longer need to stop at reception and can immediately enjoy the swimming pool or play area.

Since Camping De Kleine Wolf has only been working with EasySecure for one season, they are currently still spending time organizing everything and informing their guests.
In the long term, however, she believes the campground will save significant time. For both guests and employees. This way, soon enough, staff will have ample opportunity to further improve the guest experience. They will be able to listen to guests with full attention when they visit reception.
Currently, Camping De Kleine Wolf has set up a pilot project with EasySecure aimed at also giving guests direct, contactless access via QR code for daytime recreational activities. Although this project is still in its infancy, Anne-Sophie expects to save time in this area as well.
